I got no sleep this morning because I was trying to figure out the slingbox I bought so I can watch the Washington Redskins kick some rear end. Since, I am in New York right now, I am safe to say that the Washington Redskins will murder the New York Giants in a week!
I am laying in my bed and my mother reminds me it is 2:30 AM and it is now time to get ready. Ahh. No sleep at all, thank you pos slingbox which still doesn't work. But, now it is time to get up and get ready, I get a cab and I am at Washington National Airport at 4:00 AM for a 6:00 AM flight. I thought I was there in plenty of time. Don't you? I think not!! Long story short American Airlines say they can't gaurantee my flight to Israel due to citizenship rules. My return flight is scheduled to return from Israel, March 9 which is over 3 months.
What I have to do is take my flight to New York, pick up my baggage in New York, go to the El Al desk, pay $250 to change my return flight which I can't change until I am in New York because the way scheduling works. Then, after I pay the $250 to change my flight so I can change my flight to get into Israel today, then, I would have to pay another $250 to reschedule my plane to return to Washington D.C. when my program end five months later. At this point, after hearing all of this I am not a happy camper but I keep telling myself that everything will work out.

The plane takes off and I land in New York. After getting my bags and going on the trolley I get to El Al ticketing, check my bags, and turns out everything is fine! The El Al woman talked to her manager and everything is a ok. Thank you American Airlines! You guys were a big help, sike, more like a big pain in my #ss. But, next time when I write this blog I will be in Tel Aviv. Bye for now.
